Knowing Frank for over two decades, I never once heard him utter a negative word about anybody; never heard him raise his voice; never found him once without a smile on his face. He was a gentle, loving and kind man; easy to befriend and joke around with yet very hard to have to say goodbye to. Mirta, Trish, David and Spencer, while your hearts are broken for this terrible loss, your spirits must be lifted knowing his dignity has been restored as his proud soul is no longer a prisoner of his ailing body. Dear Mirta, Trish, David, and Viamontes Family:  We are deeply sorry for your loss.
