My love, today marks one year since your untimely departure. We miss you..... no words.... I continue to live the best way I know how without you because that's what you want me to do. You are forever in our hearts and we will cherish the wonderful memories that remain. EJ misses you so so much... he is the big seven now and is a reflection of you, his granddaddy. You always told me how you loved and admired my strength. Well, it is being tested on my darkest moments and all I can do is smile and try to keep the tears from falling. Continue to watch over me and EJ and be our guiding light. Love you always and forever my husband....until we meet again 💕 💞 ♥️

My love, it is hard to believe that you are no longer here on Earth with me. Never did I imagine being a widow at age 49. My heart aches for you, and oh how I wish I could see that smile again. On that day God called you home, June 30, 2022, my life forever changed. I lost my husband, provider, confidant, best friend, and biggest supporter. Even though I still don't have answers as to why you departed without even a good-bye or see you again, I know that you are at peace and have the best seat. You were and still is a true example of what living for Christ means; it definitely showed in everything that you did. Continue to watch over me until we meet again. Loving you forever ... missing you beyond words. Rena J (Wife)

Franklin was a co-worker of mine at the City of West Palm Beach. I never met a kinder or more genuine person in my life. He always had a smile and he would brighten everyone's day. I visited him recently and got to speak with him and I will cherish that and all our memories forever. What a Blessed man. God Bless

We send our condolences and prayers for strength and comfort to Rena. May God's Grace continues to be with you.

Hopeful for God's Peace to keep your mind sound as you reflect on Precious Memories of your dearly departed.

Into the arms of the heavenly father you go. We will always cherish the memories we had of Franklin. He was so full of wisdom and kindness. His love for humanity knew no bounds. We love you Rena, stay strong and we will always be here for you.

I have story about Franklin, Mike hay, Jeff lampkin and myself , as well as a couple more of our high school friends.
We took Jeff's boat out on our senior skip day to Dubois park. We anchored about 20 yards off the beach so we had to swim to shore. Unbeknownst to me Franklin, mike and jeff jump off the boat first.
Franklin got tired and couldn't swim anymore and he yeld for me to come help him get to shore, so I did help Frank get to the shore, as he was slapping me in the top of my head. (Lol)
Once I helped Franklin get to Shore. I heard Mike hay (Missing you mike) calling for me. I had to turn back around and help Mike get to Shore, and yes he was slapping me in the top of my head as well. That was Franklin and our last funny memories of high school.

So I will always keep a smile on my face thinking of that day with Franklin!

I'll Miss You funny looking kid. That is what a group of us called each other, in middle school and through out high school .
And whenever we where fortunate to get time together as adults, we would say it to each other, and have a laugh .

Love You Brother

Gone too soon. Prayer is the key to Heaven. Faith unlocks the door.

Franklin was a part of our Picasso family. We were blessed to have known Franklin. He was one of the hardest workers and he saved every penny he ever made. Everyone of course knew Franklin by his smile. He could light up a room as soon as he entered. He had a way of cheering you up and making you laugh if you were feeling down. He was the sweetest, most caring guy that loved God and his family. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Our sincerest and deepest sympathy,

Bob, Carol & Kelly

One of the greatest guys I ever knew, had the kindest most beautiful soul he always put a smile on everyone’s face and him and I loved to talk sports he knew it all , we’d get distracted on the job at Picasso’s pizza cause we’d be going back and forth on whatever sport we were talking about… he did great things in every aspect of life …. Franklin you’ll always be in my heart and I’ll tell great stories of my memories and friendship with you

Sincerely Alice and Justin Long

To the family of Franklin, may God comfort your hearts at this time , my prayers are with you Rena.

This hurts. I wish we had more time to create more memories together, but I know that every moment we draw breath is a blessing from God. We were blessed with 15 years of "air"— 15 years of your sweet smile, your pure heart, and your gentle spirit. Indeed, God's works are marvelous, for you were "fearfully and wonderfully made". And we were made better just by knowing you and seeing the beautiful example that was your life and your undying love for Rena and "Cheeks" (E.J.). We miss you deeply, Frank. Sometimes I feel like we will all by swallowed up by the large void that your absence has created, but I am comforted by thoughts of you resting comfortably in Abraham's bosom and then I can see glimmers of light again. Until that great day, Frank...

Franklin was an extraordinary person. I worked together with Franklin in General Services, City Center. Franklin had a sincere love for people. He was a diligent worker. As Franklin and I performed our duties he would always have a smile on his face and be happy to be of service to our guests and co-workers. Franklin would take the time to see and listen to all kinds of people who walk through the courtyard without prejudice. Franklin was my workout partner when we were going to the gym at the city’s municipal complex early in the morning before work. Franklin was my friend who I trusted would tell me the truth in difficult situations. He was my brother who I could discuss the Word of God with. Franklin was sacrificial when we needed help. Franklin love his family and always tried to be a good role model. Franklin truly had a good spirit that we all will deeply miss. God bless you and your family and keep you in his perfect peace. Amen

Franklin was bonafide. When I met him for the first time he was good people. He loved to smile and laugh. He fit right in to our family. Rest easy as your journey here is over but your impact will last long after.

I worked with Franklin at the City of West Palm Beach. I would see him often when he worked outside around city hall. He was a hard worker, always smiling and happy, spreading cheer and joy to anyone lucky enough to meet him. He was a wonderful representative of the City and will truly be missed.
Heartfelt condolences to you and your family,
Kim Bolton

I will forever remember and hold dear to the memories of how Franklin would go out of his way each work day morning to share a morning greeting and a well check with me. It was a positive and encouraging way to begin each day! He will be missed!

My family and I met Franklin 15 - 16 years ago. We lived right across the hallway and we had a baby girl. She and Franklin just developed an amazing connection. She would look for him everyday when we got home. If he wasn't already waiting, he'd be out that door momentarily! All he had to do was show his face and she'd just light up. Soon we met Rena and she was fabulous too. That lead to many years of friendship and love. His spirit was phenomenal.

Franklin will always have a place in our lives. As soon as my daughter hears his name, a heartfelt smile appears. When my husband hears his name, a heartfelt smile appears. That's just the power of Franklin.

We will forever miss and remember you and your beautiful smile and spirit.

I really didn’t know Franklin well; from time to time over the past few years I ran into him at work, but it was so seldom. What’s remarkable is that the handful of times I did speak to him he left such an indelible impression. I recognized something in his face that lightened my spirit. This is hard to explain. God made all kinds of people, and all of us are His children on our various journeys, most of us so busy getting from A to B that we forget to look up. But Franklin was looking up. Goodness and mercy shone in his kind face, and just by standing there talking to him some of it shone on me.
He once told me that life can be very hard, but we’ve just got to carry our cross with a glad heart and keep our eyes on God. I know this to be true because he was doing it, and I saw the effect it had, I saw what a good, honorable human being looks like. So I will take a page from Franklin’s book, trust God, and follow the path He leads me no matter where it goes, with gratitude, my eyes on Christ.
God bless you, Franklin, and your beloved Rena and Ezekiel, and all your family. We are blessed beyond words to have known you.
