George grew up in South Florida spending most of his summers in Greece with his family.
During his high school years, he excelled in football, landing him a scholarship to American
Heritage High School in Plantation. There he was the star running back which led to his jersey
#28 being the first to be retired in the school's history. Following high school, George began his
career in automotive mechanics. Through George’s hard work and dedication, he later earned
the title of Master Mechanic. Although George’s dedication to work was shown through the
success of his businesses, his heart was always focused on family. George was a family man
who constantly brought people together. George effortlessly welcomed whoever was around
him, always making them feel like family. The impact he had on others is greater than he ever
gave himself credit for. Although he will no longer physically be with us, his spirit will continue to
live through those he touched.
