First, I would like to extend my deepest and sincere condolences to the Dixon family and close friends. I am truly sorry for such a great loss. I became friends with "Auntie Gwen" through Dionne Hutchinson a friend of mine from New York. Ever since that day she was more like family to us. I have learnt so much from this great woman of God. She has taught me how to love unconditionally, and to live a Godly life. I could call on her at anytime. She attended all my family gathering such as: birthday parties, graduations, and holiday functions. She was dedicated, considerate, patient, kind, caring, loving, humble, and most of all trustworthy. She loves the Lord and would pray about everything even before you ask her to pray for you. She was my angel. I will cherish her memories forever. I cannot tell you how broken I am because she has impacted my life in a positive way. I really wish that she did not leave so soon. Thank you and I will always love you.

Sis. Dixon,

You opened your home and welcomed me in; you prepared a table for the feast to begin.

Your never-ending smile, your cheerful heart, your warm welcome captivated everyone both near and far.

You’re a diamond, a special gem that only God himself could have created!

So now you left us yearning for more, but we know our God has plans that only you can explore.

So good bye Sis. Dixon, enjoy the travels of heaven, because I know one day when we meet, our celebration will never be broken!

Continue to rest in eternal peace my sister, my friend, God's chosen one!

Love you always, Lisa
