Hallie Mae Scruggs

She attended school in Leon County Public School System; she was baptized at an early age by Rev. Wilson of Tallahassee Florida. After she met and married Earnest V. Clark, she later relocated to Palm Beach County in 1956 he proceeded her in death and from that union 4 sons were born and in 1962 she brought a daughter into the world. She later met and married her late husband Richmond Scruggs Sr. married on 11/13/1978 he also proceeds her in death on 02/01/2020 after a brief membership at Friendship Baptist Church, she joined Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in 1976 under the leadership of Rev. AC Evans and remained there as a faithful member in the Choir, Usher Board, Scholarship Committee, Missionary Society, and Deaconess Society until her health started to fail. She retired from The Palm Beach County nursing home after 17yrs as a CNA.

She leaves to cherish her memories 4 sons: Earnest L. Clark(Miami Florida) Willie D. Clark(WPB) Johnathan M. Clark(Deceased) and Judge T. Clark( PBG) 1 daughter: Bridgett R. Clark(PBG) 1 Stepdaughter: Anita Carlisle(VA) 2 Stepsons: Richmond Scruggs Jr( Carolyn) and Jerome Mosley(Riviera Beach) 11 grandchildren: Breonna Mosley, Earnest Clark Jr.(Cecelia)(WPB) Tacarra Clark(Donnell)(Riviera Beach) Tya Ingraham(Deon)(Riviera Beach) Jamar Clark(Rona)(PBG) Jakiah Dixion(Norman)(Royal Palm) Harold Ingraham(Chipley Florida) Olivah Fuse(Riviera Beach) Ja’Nicka Swails(HI) Johnathan Mitchell(Niechelle)(NOLA) Erica N. Clark- Ingraham and Johnathan D. Ingraham both proceeded her in death.
