89 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, NY on October 4, 1926, he was one of seven children born to Louis and Helen Smith Dilberger. A veteran of WWII, Henry served his country in the U.S. Navy. He moved to West Palm Beach in the mid 1960’s where he was employed by Bell South (now A.T.&T) for 36 years. Henry was an accomplished sailor and enjoyed many hours on the water, including several trips to the Bahamas and other islands. He was an avid reader, and enjoyed Crossword Puzzles and Jumbles until his last days. He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Dorothy (Nee Cameron Ray) and his six siblings. He is survived by his son, Paul Cameron; his nephews, David P. Howard (Deborah), J. Thomas Dilberger (Mary Anne), and Robert Dilberger (Jean); his nieces, Barbara Shulock (Bob) and Margaret McDonough (Harry); and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 8, 2016 at HILLCREST MEMORIAL PARK, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
