

Henry was born in Titusville, Florida to Henry Hudson Saulter, Sr. and Lenora Brown Saulter. He is preceded in death by his older brother, Walter Saulter and younger brother, Marvin Saulter.
Henry H. Saulter, Jr. of Riviera Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, educator, and friend whose life was marked by service, education, and faith.
Henry pursued higher education with a lifelong dedication to learning. He earned: Masters of Divinity, Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, GA (2010). Juris Doctorate, North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC (1976). Master of Arts, Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN (1969). Bachelor of Science, Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN (1968). Associate of Arts, Indian River Community College, Fort Pierce, FL (1966). High school diploma from Lincoln Park Academy, Fort Pierce, Florida (1961)
Henry’s professional life reflected his commitment to teaching, leadership, and public service. His most valued role was serving as Assistant Registrar at Palm Beach Community College (1982-1990), where he oversaw registration, advised students, managed graduation programs, and supported student success.
His other notable roles include: Speech Communication Instructor, Palm Beach Community College (2000–2007). Speech Communication Instructor, Palm Beach Atlantic College (2002–2007). Transportation Security Officer, TSA, West Palm Beach (2004–2007). Senior Public Assistant Specialist, Department of Children and Families (1990–2004)
Henry leaves to cherish his memory: Wife: Billie Brooks Saulter; Daughters: Tiffany Saulter, Crystal Saulter, Yolanda (Kevin) Newman and Angel Williams; Bonus Children: Bobbie (Pamela) Brooks Jr.,Bianca (Micheal) Brooks Woods and Earline Williams; Niece: Bridget Kennedy; Nephew: Walter Leroy Saulter Jr.; Aunt: Norma Rainey; Sister-Cousin: Denise Jenkins; Sister-in-laws: Linda Saulter and Jackie (Julius) Young; Grandchildren : Vincent Williams Jr, Ashton Hicks, Tametrius Williams, Breeonna Murphy, Montrell Nash Jr., Nyesha Nash; and Bonus Grandchildren: Deija Parker, Deauna Parker, Keilana Brooks and Brielle Brooks; Special Friends: Attorney Michael McKinnon, Dr. Walter Pierce, Elder Bertram Smith , Deacon James Davis, and Regis Dobson. Henry is also survived by a host of great-grandchildren, cousins, great-nieces, and friends.
Minister Saulter was the founder of Henry's Prayer Warriors, an international organization of men dedicated to serving and supporting each other weekly through prayer, praise and fellowship. Minister Saulter was also the founder of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church 55+ ministry. The mission was to serve the spiritual, social and physical needs of senior members. Minister Saulter was a member of Christ Fellowship with a deep affection for St. John's Men's Choir having regularly attended their 4th Sunday singing. He was licensed into the ministry by Pastor Joseph Tyson of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
Henry was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity initiated in 1973 at North Carolina Central University and was a member of the American Legion Post 199 West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2024 he was selected as a guest on board the Veteran's Honor Flight to Washington, DC where he was chaperoned on a tour to all of our National Veteran Memorials.

Henry will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2006 AE Isaac Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, on September 27, 2025, starting at 11:00 am.
