Ines I. Netzer

July 13, 1946 – September 15, 2026

Ines Isern Netzer (Agnes), 80, passed away on September 15, 2026. Born in Havana, Cuba, on July 13, 1946, she lived with quiet strength, deep compassion, and a generosity that made others feel cared for and welcome.

Ines was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald Netzer, with whom she shared a loving life and cherished memories; her beloved sister, Maria Isern; and her parents, Maria Isern and Luis Isern.

A florist who found beauty in plants and flowers, Ines understood the patience and attention required to help living things flourish. That same care shaped the way she treated people. She was a devoted mother not only to her own children, but also to anyone who needed guidance, comfort, or a safe place to turn. She opened her heart and her home to others, offering practical help and steady support through both ordinary challenges and difficult times.

Ines had a special tenderness for babies. During her time working in the neonatal intensive care unit, she cared for the smallest and most vulnerable patients with patience and warmth. She especially cherished the smiles that greeted her as she approached, finding genuine joy in the trust and connection that grew through her care.

She gave generously without seeking recognition or anything in return. Whether tending flowers, caring for infants, or helping someone through a hard season, Ines brought the same quiet devotion and reassuring presence. Her compassion touched many lives, and the care she offered continues through the people who remember her.

She is survived by her sons, Kevin Netzer and his wife, Cindy Netzer, and Nick Netzer and his wife, Amy Netzer; her daughter, Jennifer Netzer; her brothers, Henry Isern and Louis Isern; and her beloved grandchildren, Tyler Dallen, Lilly Netzer, Ethan Netzer, Piper Netzer, and Quincy Netzer.

Her family will remember Ines for the way she noticed what others needed, offered help without hesitation, and made people feel less alone. She will be deeply missed and remembered with enduring gratitude and love.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00am at St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408.
