Irving Green of West Palm Beach, FL passed away on May 2, 2012. Beloved husband of Katie Green for 71 years. Loving father of the late Mitchell Green, Tema (Jim) Megaro and daughter-in-law, Suzanne Green. Cherished grandfather of Craig (Liane) Green, Bradley (Kerry) Phillips, Stephanie (Kevin) Weiss, Jackie (Richard) Kemp. Adored great-grandfather of Hogan and Hugh Green, Jordan and Samantha Phillips,Faith & Hannah Weiss, Joshua and Matthew Kemp. Irving was a World War II veteran, member of the Knights of Pythias, and worked as a meat inspector for the Department of Agriculture for 20 years. Irving was the first supervisor to inspect meat sent from Australia to the US by ship. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 10:15 AM at I.J.
