Lilieth Coppins, the epitome of woman hood... this is how I saw Ms Lil growing up.  She was glamorous, ambitious and warm. From where I stood, her attitude screamed, "Im going to live my BEST life!". Yes, she lived well. To the family, be of good courage and know that the memory of your loved one lives on in your heart. Rest peacefully, Ms. Lil.

Lil was a compassionate person with a beautiful smile, always 
sharing and love to entertain. Often times on vacation we would share room together and have fun time,was very punctual and straightfoward  .We often speak once per week to each other and always at the end of our conversation she  would say (Gal) take care of yourself. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal.  The love you showed, so effortlessly to all those who knew you, leaves a memory no one can take.

When I close my eyes I can hear the way you would pronounce my name (Natlee) in a way that only you did. I hope I forever hear the laughter and joy in your voice whenever you spoke. These memories bring a smile to my lips and a warmth to my heart. I will forever hold them dear.

I pray the Almighty give Carlton, your boys, daughters (in-laws), grandchildren and family the courage, support and strength to push forward. May the stars above be an opening in Heaven where your overwhelming love will rain down upon them, reminding them that you are forever near.

I have so much precious memories of Aunt Lil. Who can forget those visits to the Island of Jamaica, where Lil will spend quality time with her aunt,  my Grandmother   Violet Miller. I will always remember 9 years ago while spending a weekend with her and Uncle Carlton that I got the call which landed me my first and only Job in the United States. The council  and encouragement I received from her was priceless . I will always cherish her love and kindness  . May her soul Rest In Peace.

Your shining light and ready laughter as we made our daily trips back home revisiting friends and family — is no more. No more walks to Papa Jones, running, playing, helping, fetching water and clothes for washing at the river — repeating old stories, tracking and updating information on the growth and extension of families and the sharing of jokes— are all done, all gone! 
Anyway, the fact is, we were just placed on the earth for a while and must go home when we are called.

Lil was such a beautiful lady. We shared much in common. She loved people and loved to share her time. Thank you for being our friend. We enjoy reminiscing about the adventures with the Coppins. From those great Christmas parties of yours to the Saturday mornings at the green market. From the many running events to the after work picnics at Carlin Park. From the oldies concerts at Sunrise Theater to the Cajun-Zydeco festivals. From our trips to The Keys and Clematis At Night.  Who can forget canoeing on the Peace River. What a trooper! We will miss you and thanks for the memories. Good-bye Lil.

So very glad I was able to have a carefree time with you pre-pandemic in Jamaica. You were like an auntie to me and I’m happy for those memories and sad that we will miss you and your laugh. You will be dearly missed by mom and I.
