Linda was born in West Palm Beach, FL to Ira Lee Heady and Dorthey Bates Heady on November 8, 1948. She graduated from Forest Hill High school. She Married James W McGimsey on April 4, 1981 in West Palm Beach, FL. She worked at Henry's Drug Store and the West Palm Beach golf course. Linda is preceded in death by her father, Ira Heady and her mother, Dorthey Heady.
Linda is survived by her spouse James McGimsey, sister Jeannette Higgins, brother in-law Richard Higgins, nephew Christopher Higgins, and niece Amy Higgins.
