Marian "Ruth" Phillips, 73 years old, of Loxahatchee, FL, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Born in Jamestown, NY, Ruth was the daughter of paul and Dorothy Firth Nelson. She was recognized as an avid animal lover. Ruthie is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Phillips; her children, Debbie, Harry, Bill and Paula; her grandchildren, Spencer, Billy, Grayson, Skyler, Katie, Jesse and Cheryl; her great grandchildren, Brooke and Teghan; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
