Neal W. Allen II, age 75 of Cape Coral, formerly of Boynton Beach, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018. He was born on December 10, 1943 in Nashville, TN to the late Neal W. and Ruth Bliss Allen.
He is survived by his loving wife; Paula Allen, daughter; Janice (Marc) Labat, son; Neal (Lauren) Allen III, 4 grandsons; Nicholas and Chris Labat, and Gray and Jaden Allen and his brother Frank Allen.
Professionally, Neal spent his entire career with the YMCA. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to donate in his name to the South Palm Beach County YMCA Endowment Fund at the Boca Raton YMCA – 6631 Palmetto Circle South Boca Raton, FL 33433. 561-395-9622.
The YMCA is close to Neal Allen’s heart, and any donations will go into a scholarship that will help underprivileged children attend YMCA summer camp and swim lessons.
