Patricia was born in Rome, Georgia and moved to Boynton Beach as a young child. She then made her home in West Palm Beach, where she met the love of her life, Karl E. Fultz, Sr., (a West Palm Beach Firefighter for many years.) Together they raised five children. Karl passed in 1985 and Patricia later developed Alzheimer’s.
The word most used to describe Patricia was “sweet.” Everyone who knew and met her, even briefly, would always say “she’s so sweet.”
Patricia will be greatly missed by her children, Debbie (Doug) Edwards, Karl “Eddie” Fultz, Jr., Kaye (Fred) Hartman, Kim (Doug) Tuley and Bobbi Gray; seven grandchildren, Donnie McGrinn, Stacey Happel, Amanda Edwards, Jennifer Johnson, Michael & Jason Tuley and Robert “Buzzy” Gray; and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 2PM, Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Contributions can be made to: the Lake Worth Alzheimer’s Community Care Center, 1615 Lake Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33460 in Loving Memory of Patricia C. Fultz.
Her family would especially like to thank the staff at the Lake Worth ACC Center for their compassionate care and the Vitas Hospice Nurses for their loving care.
