Paul "Pouli" H. Peterson Sr.

Paul Harry Peterson, Sr. also known as "Poulie" of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away after a short illness on December 16, 2011 at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Paul was born on February 13, 1923 in Louisville, OH. After retiring Paul opened a Peanut Stand and was known as the Peanut Man by many. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Peterson, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Deloris, three children, Paula Jeffryes and husband, Dean of North Carolina, Joe Peterson of Florida, Toni Okolichany and husband, Chris of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and a two daughters-in-law, Susan Peterson and Debbie Peterson. He is also survived by two sisters, Freda Sekora and Sophia Effantis both of Canton, OH and preceded in death by two sisters, Ange and Pauline and two brothers, Daimond and Erine. Eight grandchildren also survive, Jennifer Volk and husband, Michael, Sarah Cote and husband, Patrick, Tiffany Okolichany, Erika Okolichany, Stephen Peterson, Alexandra Peterson, Tiana Okolichany, Sophia Peterson and one great grandchild, Evan Cote. He was loved by his family and friends and forever will be missed! A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 110 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 833-6387.
