Rose Barthold (Raymonde) 80. Passed on Aug. 7, 2021. Child of Seguilnor Barthold and Fluerana Menthor. Rose was an import /export entrepreneur, buying merchandises from Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Panama and the U.S. for resale to Ayiti, her native land. After she moved to the U.S., she worked at a few companies namely: Electronics Enterprises, Foodmaker for Airline companies and Fountain County Club where she was employed for over 10 years. She also owned a small store that she operated on the weekends for 10 years.
Rose had a passion for life that touched everyone she met. She loved the lord and believed in the power of prayer and charity. She was often engaging her children and grandchildren in stories of her life back in Ayiti and why it is so important that they give back, have faith and love even when it is hard. She was a phenomenal mother, grandmother and friend that will be deeply missed by all.
Rose is survived by her children starting with the eldest Venante, Primrose, Chesnel, Antoine, Aunude, Michelle, Annette and Johnny. She is joined in Heaven by her father and mother and her four siblings.
