Teddy C Pait Jr.

He was a longtime resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, and faithful member of Belvedere Baptist Church during his years there.

Teddy was employed by the Palm Beach County School Board, beginning as a carpenter and retiring 21 years later as Assistant Director of Maintenance and Operations.

T.C. was a devoted husband and father who taught his children and grandchildren, not just with words, but through the example of a life lived honoring his Lord and Savior, and remaining committed to the values he and his wife held dear.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Ida Mae Pait.

Teddy is survived by his children, Johnny Pait (Carnelle), Donald Pait (Sandy), Diane Reese, Jackie Pait (Marilyn), Michael Pait (Judy), Marilyn Smith (Roger); grandchildren, Bobby Pait (Valerie), Keith Pait, Wendy Johnson (Dwayne), Tina Cromey (Joe), Kevin Pait (Michelle), Lara Pait, Rebecca Snyder (David), Britt Pait, Nicole Smith, Christopher Pait, Jesse Smith (Jennifer), Russell Reese, Jr. (Laurie), Colin Lanier, Berlynn Lanier; great grandchildren, Katie, Hannah, Emily, Matthew, Timothy, Nathan, Samuel, Joshua, Sarah, Ryleigh, Zachary, Autumn, Rebecca, Nolan, Kierstin, Oliver, Eloise, Logan and Miranda; sister, Evelyn Fyfe; brothers, Sam Pait and Paul Pait; and a host of nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends at a viewing from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2018. The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on March 3, 2018. Both the viewing and the service will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida, with interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
