David Gordon Wright

He was born in Vancouver, raised in Burnaby and Graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Degree in Economic Geography. He was proud of his work while at BC Trade. He then continued with various business ventures for the rest of his life.

David is survived by daughters Sarah, & Meghan (Graham), grandchildren Aidan, Aria & Brinley, siblings Bob (Cheryl) and Patti (Michel) along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Bob and Betty Wright.

David spend many days on the waters of BC in his boat, crabbing, fishing, relaxing. After retirement he enjoyed the snowbird lifestyle in his RV, with many winters spent golfing and enjoying the Arizona Desert. He enjoyed socializing with people and often made new friends everywhere he went, as a result left he leaves a trail of friends in his wake.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday May 2nd, 2023 at 2pm at the Morgan Creek Golf Course. 3500 Morgan Creek Way, Surrey, BC.
