Dear Ruth and family

Peter and I are so sorry to hear Frank passed away. He was a great guy and I have fond memories playing with you and him several rounds of golf at Capilano. He was always so full of life and of course he had many great stories to tell.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. Please include us in the celebration of life.

Sincerely Kathy Appleby
