1960 – 2014
Jamie passed away at his home in North Vancouver on July 10 after a lengthy illness. He is deeply mourned and missed by Pamela, his loving wife of 20 years; mother Barbara Rae, and his three much loved aunts, cousins and their families.
Jamie was born in Vancouver and except for a short period in Toronto, resided in North Vancouver. He became a quadriplegic in 2003 and struggled valiantly to regain use of his arms and legs. He succeeded, and spent the final decade of his life out of a wheelchair and using canes. He was a kind hearted, generous, optimistic fellow who loved his friends and family. He will be sadly missed.
A memorial service will be held at St. Catherine’s Anglican Church, 1058 Ridgewood Drive, North Vancouver, BC. on Monday July 21, 2014 at 11:00am
