Passed away unexpectantly January 8th, 2016 at the age of 88.
From Prince Rupert, the City of Rainbows, came he to town.
The West End he fit and settled down.
CP Air his career, free flights did it bring
Austrailia, and Europe off with friends traveling
Stanley park, a place he felt he was free
Walks through the trails friends new and old, he’d see
Dirty jokes, rubbers turds and farts he found funny
Flashy new things, what a complete waste of money
Scotch Mints and hard Candies, oh so many treats
In every pocket a baggie of sweets
His joy of cooking, not really, as most he did chuck
farewell to the cookie that was mistaken for a puck
Hot gossip of the Royals a true guilty pleasure,
Dear friends and family, these he did treasure
Warmth in his heart, a smile on his face
True to himself he lived with tolerance and grace
His life will be celebrated with family and close friends.
