

Bourgeault, Margaret Marie,(nee Schreiber) - born December 8, 1916, in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospice on January 27th, 2012. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Paul (Emily), daughters Charlotte (Bart), Janet (Wayne), Cathy (Peter); daughter-in-law Alison; grandchildren Bill (Adal), Rob, Susan (Stacey), Catherine (Michael), Sean (Nathalie), Tricia (Rob), Cheryl (Bruce), Allicyn (Ryan), Robert and Jennifer ; great-grandchildren, Keegan, Austin, Brendan, Alyson, Ayden, Jordie, Sasha, Jesse. Predeceased by husband George (March 24, 1996) and son Roger (October 16, 2007). Margaret is also survived by her younger sister Emma Morrison and many nieces and nephews. Fiercely independent and totally devoted to her family, Margaret lived in the family home until January 2012. She had a zest for life and loved her garden, home, cooking, music, fashion, shopping, talking about the weather, and dining out at restaurants with a view. She was devoted to her faith and to prayer with her rosary. Prayers will be offered at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 1, at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 599 Keith Road, West Vancouver, on Thursday, February 2, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
