I was so sorry to hear of Rob's passing and I am sorry I wasn't able to be at his memorial. I met Rob the first time when Diane introduced him as her "new" man. He was charming and way too funny and could see this was a match! Over the years, I did some business with Rob and in the process, learned what was wrong with my "swing" although he never let me "drive" one into the ocean off his lawn....that was reserved for him! Later on, it was fun to see Rob become a child again with the birth of Cole and Kyle....he adored them! His fun and easy style will be missed.

Robbie had big dreams and a big heart way back in Junior High when I knew him and he was lucky enough to live those dreams. Everyone who was fortunate enough to know him and share in his world can hold onto treasured memories forever. My heart goes out to his familly and friends.

I grew up with, and went to school as great freinds with "Alex", my only regret was not having seen him in recent years. Please accept my sympathy for the entire family. Greg Jubb

I first met Rob when I was thirteen, at Woodman Junior High. Over the years I would run into him in Vancouver on at a golf course somewhere. He always struck me as the epitome of the "Renaissance Man", the one who sought to get the most out of life and succeed in everything that he did. My sincere best thoughts to his family and a special mention to RKA

"Alex" was a good friend. Growing up together from grade 2 we shared many adventures. He was a natural athlete, bright and intelligent. He had a deep love for his wife and kids. He made friends easily friends and always had a good tale to tell. On behalf of myself and my family I want to extend my deepest sympathies to Diane, his sons and his family.
