ATKINSON, Roger April 10, 1933 – Oct 1, 2010 Roger left the world he loved so much early morning Oct 1, 2010 after a brief struggle with cancer. He is so missed by his family, wife Joyce, children Ranada (Neil) Rachel (Steve) Tim (Jen) four grandchildren sister Sylvia (Peter) brother Frank (Pauline) Roger was born in Vancouver and lived here most of his life. He was an active and accomplished man. He was a competitive junior downhill ski racer and tournament tennis player. He was in the investment business for over fifty years beginning at Richardsons Securities and retiring from Odlum Brown in 2007. Roger was larger than life and we will miss him.
