Beverly Jean Yarbrough Pettijohn, age 84, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born December 1, 1939 in Big Foot, TX.

In Beverly's later years, she enjoyed time spent with friends at the Senior Center in Westlake playing bingo and doing crafts. She would always look forward to her weekend sleepovers with her great granddaughter Agnes. Beverly loved spending Saturdays garage saleing with family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Terri McLeod (Randy) and Denise Caraway (Kelly); son, Dwayne Pettijohn (Lori); nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Chapman and Herbert Yarbrough; step father, James Chapman; late husband of 59 years, Kenneth Pettijohn; and sister, Judy Witte.

The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Westlake Memorial Park.
