Billy Joe Hansbrough

Billy Joe Hansbrough, 63, of Sulphur, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at his residence.

He was born to parents, Hugh and Darlene Hansbrough on August 2, 1954 in Lake Charles, LA. He was a jack of all trades and loved to fish, hunt, goin to the casino, working on his tools, and anything that would keep him busy.

He is survived by his two daughters, Vivian Hooper and husband, Timothy of Sulphur, Angela Jackson and husband, Josh, of Sulphur; sons, Joseph Hansbrough and wife, Pam of Sulphur, Travis Allen and wife, Jade of Sulphur, Troy Allen and wife, Melissa of Michigan, John Allen and wife, Angel of Westlake; his mother, Darlene Hansbrough; four sisters, Sandra Walburn and husband, Tim, Barbara Hansbrough, Diane Pitre and husband, Troy, Alisa Grantham and husband, Rodney; along with 20 grandchildren.

Billy is preceded in death by the love of his life of over 30 years, Vicki Hansbrough; his fathers, Hugh Hansbrough and Jack Hansbrough.

In lieu of flowers, family requested donations be made to help with funeral expenses.

Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 12:00pm with Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux officiating. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake, on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 3:00-9:00pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Monday, from 9:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
