Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Yvonne Mathew and husband Joseph, Robert Broussard and wife Loretta and Clifton Broussard, Jr.; Joey Mathew, Jason Patino, Jared Broussard, Caeden Broussard; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 65 years, Una Lavergne Broussard; and numerous brothers.
The family will welcome relatives and friends on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be prayed at 6:00 p.m. and will resume Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. until the procession leaves for the church at 9:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Bosco Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be immediately following at Westlake Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Joey, Jared, Caeden, James, John, Sean. Honorary pallbearer will be Jason Patino.
