He was a member of Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Ina Patrick; son, Zachery Patrick and wife Becky of Carthage, TX.; daughter, Patricia Patrick of Carthage, TX.; step son, Allen Manuel of Lake Charles; sister, Nancy Talbert; one granddaughter, Katie Patrick; two nieces and two nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
His service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home in Westlake. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. til time of service. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Elton, La. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
