

She was the manager of Jeaux's Diner, formerly The Waffle Iron. She was part owner of B&M Construction, she loved to fish and crab and was an avid reader.
Survivors include her mother, Juanita Wolfe of New Hebron, MS; husband, Ronald Young Sr. of Westlake; sons, Michael Folk of Westlake, and Shane Folk of New Hebron, MS; daughters, Juanita Champion of Magee, MS, Carrie Dauzat and husband, John Setliff of Flatwoods, LA, Jolene Minich and husband, Andy of Bloomdale, OH, Amy DeSoto and husband, Brian of Pineville, LA, Mandy Brown and husband, Stephen of Sugartown, LA; step daughters, Cheryl Russum and husband, Floyd of Lake Charles, Debbie Lintzen and husband, Greg of Carlyss; brother, Fred Champion Jr. of Zachary, LA; sisters, Beverly Lott of New Hebron, MS and Nancy Herring of Silver Creek, MS; 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Champion Sr., sister, Carolyn Olivier and a step son, Ronald Young Jr.
