

She was born in Mamou and was a lifelong resident of Westlake. Hazzie was a pioneer member of St. John Bosco Catholic church. She was a member of the church choir, the Ladies Altor Society and Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Hazzie loved to cook, dance, paint and especially taking care of her family.
Survivors include her sons, Clarence “C.J.” Joseph LeBlanc, Jr. and wife, Pam of Ragley and Leonce “Pat” Patrick LeBlanc and wife, Rita of Westlake; daughters, Barbara Foy Guillory and husband, Jerry, Elaine Roach and husband, Joe all of Westlake and Tracie Deaton and husband, Michael of El Dorado, Ark; sister, Mary Lou Trahan of Moss Bluff; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Clarence LeBlanc; infant daughters, Theresa and Genevieve LeBlanc; grandson, C. Joseph LeBlanc III; and brothers, Charles Manuel and Horace Richard.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm with a rosary at 6pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Visitation will resume on Sunday from 9am at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on at 2pm on Sunday at St. John Bosco Catholic Church. Burial will be at Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake.
