John David Hebert

Survivors include his wife, Rese Hebert; daughters, Rachel Hebert and son, Joey Hebert both of Westlake, Mandi Burk and husband, James of Westlake, Aleah Hebert of Westlake; brothers, Wallace Hebert Jr. and wife, Brenda of Columbia, TN, Stephen Hebert and wife, Jane of Westlake; sisters, Linda Hebert Todd of Westlake, Hillene Deaton of Houston, TX and 2 grandchildren, Emma and Olivia Burk. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Nannie Hebert.

His funeral will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home in Westlake. Father Whitney Miller and Brother Oliver McGuire will officiate. Burial will be in Westlake Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday 9:30 til time of service. Rosary will be prayed Sunday evening at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Autism Services of Southwest Louisiana, 3006 Common Street, Lake Charles, LA 70607 or to the fund that has been set up at Capital One Bank in Westlake.
