I have wonderful memories of pawpaw. He's funny, loving & never meets a stranger! He welcomed me & my family into his heart & home and treated us like family. He has been like a dad to me & a pawpaw to my kids! We love him more everyday! Pawpaw, you will never be forgotten, we love you!!

We didn't know Johnny but a few years. It always impressed me that no matter how many grandchildren and noise he was ALWAYS calm and enjoyed hisself. You can tell a mans worth by listening to his children they always showed him respect and love. Arlos says we are thankful that we got to spend Thanksgiving day with him. Arlos said he will always remember him as the "keeper of the keys". Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone of his family.

The best memory I have of paw paw is when I was sitting outside on Arlene's porch playing with Page and he looks at me and says "kittyCat, you're going to be a great momma. You keep my Little man happy." Having his acceptance and blessing meant the world to me. I smiled and told him I'd do the best I could.
