Marvin Earl Kelley Sr.

He was born in Vinton, LA to parents Lester and Dolly Kelley.

He was a resident of Westlake, LA and a member of the American Legion in Westlake. Marvin was a retired Veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he ranked at Master Sargent and served in the Vietnam War. He also retired from Himont as a Millwright. He enjoyed football, fishing, traveling, and flying.

Marvin is preceded in death by his wife Arlene Louise Kelley and his parents Lester and Dolly Kelley.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son Marvin Earl Kelley Jr. and Cathy of Lake Charles, LA; his daughters Angie Kelley of Westlake, LA and Kimberly LaFleur of Iowa, LA; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 10 am on Thursday December 9, 2021 at Hixson Funeral Home in Westlake until the time of the Funeral Service at 1 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Green Oaks Cemetery in Kinder.
