Steven was a wonderful man, a proud father and grandfather. We shared many memorable moments, both good and challenging, alot of fun and crazy times, joy's and losses of many family milestones. He always made time for his family, friends and loved to share life experiences, whether you liked what he had to say or not, he did it anyway. Music was his passion, all of it. Steven never met a stranger...literally...he either knew you, your family or someone you knew, that's because he impacted so many lives being who he was, a selfless person, always putting everyone else first. It is heartbreaking that he went to soon but his leagcy will live on through Tessa and Kaydence, his pride and joy.

Steven Franklin it’s hard to imagine that he will no longer be part of one of the best teams in the City of Sulphur. Steven went by Franklin for as long as I could remember. We could always count on Franklin and anytime we needed him he wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and give his fellow employees a hand. He was one that we counted on. We all know how much Franklin loved Tessa and his granddaughter. I don’t think a day went by that Franklin didn’t mentioned something about his family. I will miss seeing him sitting in the same spot every morning waiting to be assigned his work duties. If something was mentioned that he would get a kick out of and made him laugh his entire facial expression would all come together with that low sounded giggle. He will be missed by his fellow employees. Franklin was a given person and would give his shirt off his back if you needed it. That given within him shows by being an organ donor. Franklin rise high brother and watch over those love ones left here on this earth. May god bless and welcome you will open arms buddy! Miss you buddy!
