He was born in Cleveland, the loving son of Anthony M. (Angela) Vitanza Sr. and Rita Vitanza (nee Prioletto). He is the beloved husband of 28 years to Kim (nee Kohler); dear son-in-law of the late Roland and Donna Kohler; loving brother of Christine (Scott) Brunt and brother-in-law of Lynn (Stephen) Crowell, Mark (Jeannie) Kohler, Melissa (Christopher) Moses and Scott (Sherri) Kohler; adored uncle of Matthew, Roland, Jacob, Ashley, Emily and Hagan and Godfather of Jayce and Jalen. He is also survived by his faithful companions Maggie, Sadie, Piper, Sophie, Ava, Baker and Bella.
Tony was employed with Oatey Company for over 24 years as an Inventory Control Specialist. He loved all Cleveland sports teams and was an avid Browns fan, attending many games with his father. He most enjoyed his time with his wife and family and will be remembered for his kindness, compassion and his sense of humor. He will be dearly missed by his family and his many friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11AM.
