David J. Sarapa

David Johnathan Sarapa, age 54, of North Ridgeville, Ohio passed away on September 29, 2021, after an abrupt illness surrounded by those closest to him. Caring father of Corbin, Dempsey (Brian Cuglewski), and Jacob; loving companion of Donna Baisden (mother to Jacob); dear brother of Michael (Cheryl), Leeann Hale, and Thomas Hale (Dawn); lifelong friend of the Kalinowski Family and “brother” of Peter Kalinowski (Sandy). Uncle and Friend to many. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley and Jean “Grams” Adaska and mother Barbara Hale and survived by former wife Sherrie Belsito (mother to Corbin and Dempsey).

Dave was a graduate of Trinity High School, a skilled residential and commercial painter for over 30 years and a devoted Browns fan. His proudest accomplishment was his children.

Friends and relatives may come celebrate Dave’s life Wednesday October 6, 2021 from 1-3 and 5-7pm. with a funeral service beginning at 7pm at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in David’s name to the Cleveland APL, 1729 Willey Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113
