Eulalia Patterson Lock, age 94, passed away peacefully August 10th, 2026. She joins in eternal rest her beloved husband Thomas Lock Sr., her parents Ina and Emil Hernandez; and her brothers John and William Hernandez. SHe is survived by her sister, Rita Hansen (Leo - deceased.)
Eulalia was a devoted wife to Tom for more than 55 years. She was a loving mother to Thomas M. Lock Jr. (Ruth), Barbara (Robert) Bittel, Laurie (Christopher) Avallone, and Robert (Lisa) Lock. She cherished her grandchildren, Robert III, James, Ryan (Hallie), Courtney (Joseph) Carducci, Kaitlin Bittel (William Abersold - Fiance), Megan (Marques) Reasonover, Amy Lock (Josh Gebelle - Fiance), Nicholas and Andrew Lock, and Emily Avallone (Jacob Szurgot.) She was also the proud great-grandmother to Ava Divis, Dylan and Beau Carducci, Hayden and Owen Bittel, and Niles Reasonover.
Eulalia retired from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation after more than 25 years of dedicated service. A faithful Lutheran, she enjoyed participating in many activities and organizations of Puritas Lutheran Church. During her high school years, she was a cheerleader and later devoted her time to supporting both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts with her children.
One of Eulalia's greatest pleasures was bowling and sewing. She was also an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoyed following the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Guardians. Her warmth, devotion to family, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Family will receive friends Sunday August 16th for a Celebration of Life from 2PM to 6 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 23040 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145. A funeral service will take place at Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church on Monday August 17th from 10AM to 11AM with a burial to follow.
