Eve Colón was born and raised in Yauco, Puerto Rico. She was an adored daughter to Tomas and Eva and a beloved sibling to Nilda, Violeta, Wilson (Willo), Midalia, Norma, Margie, and Wanda (Edwin). Eve was a treasured mother to Melinda, Sito(Jen), and JohnMichael (Gabrielle) and a devoted grandmother (Mamá) to Katelynn (Princesa), Kara (Karmarie), Johnathan, Kevin (Heather), Pete (PJ), John jr. (Sam), June Mariella, Hudson (Step-grandchild), Olivia (Step-grandchild). Eve was also a precious great-grandmother to Jeremy, Lennox, Kevin, Leo, Nayeli, JC, Lusidio.
Eve was a passionate public servant and spiritual force with her ministries through Abba Padre. Her most important life's work was spreading the gospel of Jesus. She faithfully volunteered her time to civic duties such as working the polls, making donations, and organizing charity events. She was loyal and hard-working to Avis throughout her 14 years of service. Eve wouldn’t be Eve without music and dancing. Eve made sure she always dressed her best. She had a passion for fashion and loved to express herself through her style. Another way in which Eve expressed herself was through her love for cooking. Some of her best meals include: arroz con gandules, bistec, tostones, maduros, empanadillas, arroz con habichuelas y papas fritas. Honorable mention of Mamá's signature coffee. She cherished how a home cooked meal can bring family together to create special memories.
Eve will always be remembered as a devoted family member. She was someone who celebrated all of life's little moments and made sure they lived on through pictures. She was a fierce, thoughtful, selfless and loyal woman with a contagious laugh and a heart of pure gold. We will always hold closely the joyous memories and feel her presence in all the most beautiful things.
Visitation will be held at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, OH 44145, on Monday, November 2, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm.
Visitation will also take place at Iglesia Nueva Vida, 2327 Holmden Ave, Cleveland, OH 44109 on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.
