He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Valentine Rivera and Migela Santiago. He is the beloved husband of Sylvia Robles Rivera; loving father of Sylvia Alvarez, Cyndia Alvarez and Johanna Alvarez and her husband Frankie Martinez; cherished grandfather of Ashley Garcia, Keshley Garcia, Danny Santiago, Erick Rosario, Frankie Martinez Jr. and Dereck Martinez and great grandfather of many.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 10AM until the time of funeral service at 1PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, Ohio 44145. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Rd., Avon, Ohio 44011.
