Born and raised in Arpasu de Jos, Romania, Ioan came to America in 1982 following in the footsteps of earlier generations of Romanian immigrants. A skilled electrician and mechanic, he worked for many years at Uzina de Forta in Victoria, Romania and at Tempcraft, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio where he retired from in 2006.

All Funeral Services Tuesday at 10am at St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Cathedral 3256 Warren Rd. Cleveland Ohio 44111. Burial West Park Cemetery.
