Born January 23, 1944 in San Sebastián Puerto Rico. Graduated from Domingo Aponte Collazo High School and attended College in Puerto Rico. Arriving in the United States in 1967 was employed by the Ford Motor Company, Lorain OH and was a Member of UAW Local 425. His favorite pass time was boxing and martial arts. Juan had a passion for music and enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to Spanish music. He was a member of various musical groups including Los Embajadores, Los Conquistadores, Los Tres Sonidos and played the Requinto. He was an avid collector of Spanish music albums and enjoyed studying and discussing Bible topics. Beloved husband of Carmen Celia (nee' Rivera). Dear father of Edwin of Lorain, OH and Javier of Columbus, OH. Loving son of Juan and Juana Gonzalez. Brother to William (Reina), Manuel, Gladys Gonzales and the late Pedro, Efrain, Francisco, Luis Gonzalez and Paulina Olavaria.
