Kenneth Jay Merwin

He was born on May 5, 1961, in Warren, Ohio to Lewis and Gloria (Merten) Merwin Sr.

Kenny was a dedicated husband, father, Papa, son, brother, and friend. He loved to be outside; hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles or tinkering in his garage. He and Laura loved hosting gatherings in their backyard and around the fire for friends and family.

He worked as a Union Carpenter for many years before he retired.

Kenny leaves behind his daughter Velora (Willie G.) Justice, grandsons Hunter & Logan Maxwell, bonus granddaughter Emily Justice, sister Brenda (Thomas) Starr, brother Lewis Merwin, mother-in-law Ida Ferry, brother-in-law Thomas (Kelly) Ferry, sister-in-laws; Renee (Richard) Dye, Betsy Jo (Ricky) Barbe, and his fur babies Minnie Peral and Bootsie, as well as aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends from throughout his lifetime.

Kenny was preceded in death by the love of his life, Laura Ann (Ferry) Merwin to which he had been married to for 42 years, his parents Lewis and Gloria, father-in-law Ira Ferry, nephew Sean Hall, and many other friends and family members that he will be reunited with.

Celebration of life to be determined at later date when Ken and Laura can be laid to rest together in their final rest place.
