My brother Bob, Rich Ruh and I played golf with Larry every week in the spring, summer and fall for over 35 years. I was his golf cart partner every week. He could talk your leg off the whole round of golf. He also sang a lot during the round. He thought he was Gordon MacRae. He sang a mean "Oklahoma. Larry really loved the game. He could tell you what he got on a certain hole from 15 years ago. He kept his own score card and kept them for years. It will be strange playing without him.
Just keep hitting them straight Larry. You will be missed.

I worked with Larry at Applied for over 20 years. He was a very consciences member of our department who always made that extra effort to do the best job he could. We had many great discussions on history and the Indians. I also looked forward to seeing him at the monthly Applied retired meetings at Denny’s. We were very close. I will keep Larry and his family in my prayers.

I was a neighbor of Larrys across the street . Always a pleasant conversation with Larry , whether it was with me or my parents over the years.. I know he liked his cats , he got his first cat years ago because our one cat used to go over and sit next to him on his porch. Will miss Larry in the neighborhood. Prayers to his brother and rest of family .

Larry was a unique individual, kind of rough on the outside but a sweetheart once you got to know him. He trained me as his back up when he was on vacation. We both shared going to John Marshall High School. From our work together I learned he loved golf and our Cleveland sports teams. A co-worker and I just mentioned him the other day and wondered how he was doing. Enjoy the golf courses in heaven Larry.
