I was deeply saddened when I learned of Luis’ recent passing. That friendly smile he would greet people with and his warm personality let you know that he truly was a gentle and caring person. He will be missed.
My deepest sympathies to his family and those closest to him.

I worked in a patrol car with Luis and he truly was a great man and a great cop. I respected him immensely and I am a better cop today for serving beside him. There was no harder working officer or more devoted family man than Luis, the lord has another great protector in his police force watching over us now. We will take the watch from here brother, god bless.
