To Mary‘s family, 
Please accept my deepest condolences. I had the pleasure of meeting Mary during our senior year at Erieview Catholic High School (ECHS). This was when her school, Lourdes- St. Steven’s, and my school, St.  Peter’s, merged together.  

This merger was difficult for the girls at Lourdes-St. Steven as they had to travel from the west side to the east side every day.  But when I met Mary, it seemed like she had been there the whole time. Mary was outgoing and engaging; she joined activities and committees; and became Senior Class President. She definitely made the most of her senior year! 

I believe Mary’s spirit was the “glue” that helped bind our two schools together.  And, for over 50 years, she and the ECHS Reunion Committee worked tirelessly to organize our Class of 1972  reunions so that we stay engaged. 

Well done, Mary! Rest in Paradise, my friend. 🙏🏾🕊️💕

I always enjoyed seeing her at several functions. I’ll always remember her smile. I know she’s an angel watching over you now. You and your family are in my prayers during this difficult time.

Condolences to the Family and Barney,
Simply put, Mary was a true force of nature.  I had the pleasure to interact with her for two short years at St. Steve's High School and W. 58 St. and Jefferson Park rivalries of the time🙂  She made a big impression.  Her spirit will live on in her family and friends.

I worked with Mary at the Diocesan Education Office.  She was always kind, helpful and someone who was fun-loving.  I remember when she planned a trip for the office to see a Browns game at the old stadium.  She brought with her a battery-operated portable tv set so that she wouldn't miss any aspect of the game.  I was privileged to have many group lunches with her at work when she would assist us with any problems we were experiencing with technology.   I always enjoyed being in her company as she would always find ways to make us laugh.   I want to extend my deepest sympathy and prayers to Marty and Ronnie.  Mary was an exceptional person in every way.

To my darling 1 st cousin. I’ve always respected and  awed by your passion for life and those around you who you cared for. You were no sissy and yet your ❤️ was big enough to wish happiness to those who were privileged to be in your inner circle. You were the definition of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. If I or anybody you loved were in a Mexican jail and asked you to come get me, you’d never ask me what I did or why, you’d just be there. That’s the kind of girl you were. I’ve known you since you weee 7 yrs. and since I am the senior member of this family I hope I can pick up where  you left off. I can still picture swimming in the pool in Ashtabula.some 60 yrs. ago. I know you’ll still be around for awhile cause you’re stubborn that way and I’ll be looking for a sign. If I can live up to your expectations I won’t need a kick in the buttocks now and again. Love ❤️ you  baby girl and please say hello to everybody for me.

Prayers and love to Marty and Ronnie. I met Mary when she worked at the Diocesan  Superintendent’s office and  I worked downtown, too. Mary was kind, efficient and fun to work with all the time. Dear Marty, Ron and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you . I met Mary in high school and she was such an outgoing, friendly, kind, and awesome lady to know. She made my high school years such memorable ones.
She has left behind an amazing legacy, and is now an angel watching over all of us. 
She will never be forgotten, and will always hold a special place in my heart.

I met Mary in High School when my School St. Peter’s combined with Lourdes/St. Steven’s. She was a year ahead of me and Class President. Her and I were very outgoing. I enjoyed her personality. We voted a lot on different things, Uniforms, class Rings, we had to incorporate 4 to 5 girls High Schools and it was great working with her and other new friends. 
I lived on the east side originally so that’s why I went to Saint Peter‘s but then when I was in junior year, I was living on the west side so I had to take a different form of transportation and meeting Mary and all her friends I had a number of people I could ride the bus with the rapid with it was great and then we would stop before school behind the school and have breakfast, or coffee. 
Always stay connected after high school in someway shape or form. We lived a street away from each other. I had an uncle who lived in Spokane, Washington and all my cousins came in for a family reunion and we were up at. I think you’re on the corner of Rocky River Drive in Lorraine Tony’s and she came up and hung out with us her and Marty and we had aWe lived a street away from each other.
