Mary E Leidenheimer, age 81, of Lorain, passed away at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 under the care of The Hospice of the Western Reserve.

Mary was born November 24, 1939 in Opp, Alabama, the daughter of the late Malcolm and Irene (Jacobs) Kelly. She is the beloved wife of 65 years to Richard T. Leidenheimer; loving mother of Linda O'Brien and Richard C. Leidenheimer; cherished grandmother of Patrick Davis, Jennifer Thomas, Britney Leidenheimer and Devin Leidenheimer; great-grandmother of Byron Davis, Maisy Davis, Savannah Davis, Destiney Rodriguez, Peyton Thomas and Jaxson Davis and great-great grandmother of Micah and Desmond Davis; dear sister of Doris Nubbie (deceased) and James (Janie) Kelly; adored aunt of many; and loving companion to her dogs, Cuddles and the late Snuggles.

Mary loved camping, Bingo, playing cards, traveling and the ocean. She and her husband Richard retired to Palmetto, Florida for 16 years before moving back to Lorain with their daughter, Linda. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family and friends and the many memories they have created.
