Michele was a Rocky River High School alumni, class of 75', and graduated from Bowling Green University, class of 80', where she earned a bachelors degree in Fine Arts and Education. After college, she went on to be a foundational pillar of the management and ownership of her family's business, The Phantasy Nite Club Complex, until its closure in 2020. She had an instrumental influence on the Cleveland music scene, discovering local talent and hosting international acts on their path to stardom, willing to give a chance and a place in her home to anyone with a dream and the drive to chase it. She was a prolific artist who specialized in oil and acrylic paintings. In her later years she was especially able to embrace this passion, creating beautiful portraits of loved ones, stunning landscapes from her travels, and touching pet tributes, including her own beloved cat Charles. She was the kind of person who found joy in beauty and found beauty all around her. Being able to share that beauty, either through her art, music, photos, or storytelling, with the people she loved most, her friends and family, was her truest form of happiness. Michele was a fierce soul who loved easily and loudly. If you were her friend, you were her family and always had a seat at her table. You would find her in the kitchen, with the radio and weather channel on, cooking elaborate family meals, adding garlic to everything, with the biggest smile on her face. She was never happier than surrounded b y the people she loved, providing a delicious meal and even better conversation. To stand in her orbit was to feel her warmth, she will be deeply and profoundly missed.
