Mom ,
I have spent the last four days going over , searching in my head ; what I could possibly say to express my feelings on how much you have meant to me over the past 50 years. But, All I can find is a hole that will never be full again. I have also come to the realization that THERE ARE NO WORDS! We have always had a special relationship. I will miss your smile, laughter and your sense of humor. Just to name a few. You have been a true inspiration in my life. You have touched the hearts of so many. You have treated each of our spouses and friends like they were your children and You spent your whole life putting the needs of others before your own. The special bond and relationships you have formed with your grandsons is a true testament to the unconditional LOVE you had . This bond will never be broken through the memories you have left each of them with. Thank you for all the wonderful things you have done to make our family happy. You have truly left your markings on all the lives you have touched, and I am proud to have called you my MOM!
I can only hope to spend the rest of my life, dedicated to touching just half as many of hearts like you have. I can not promise to be as successful in this as you, but I CAN promise to raise my boys in your honor and I definitely promise to MISS YOU and LOVE YOU for the rest of my time here on earth.

Thank you mom for being The Best , Daughter, Sister, Wife , Sister-in-law , Mother , Grand mother , Best friend, and friend that you could possibly be.
Most of all , Thank you for being MY MOM!
You will live in our hearts for ever.
We LOVE YOU !
Duke

To the Family of Rae Ann , also to her Memory.
I haven't had the chance to meet YOU or your family other than Bryon and Carole. I am Aunt Vi to Carole and I know what a beautiful person you were. I am so glad that you had the chance to visit Bryon and Carole in Tennessee last fall so that you could see how much your Love has meant to them both. That was truly a Special Blessing for all of you, I personally Thank You for accepting Carole into your family and showing her much Love . You are now a very Special Guardian Angel who I know will continue to look after all of your family from above.. Rest in Peace My Dear you're very special. Prayers for you Always.

I'm not very good with words, but I wanted to let my Uncle Ken and cousins know that I am truly so very sorry for your loss and ours. Aunt Rae Ann was truly an Angel on earth. Always there to lend a helping hand, or just listen. I know she listened to me vent many times! I will miss her kind smile and open arms. I will be forever grateful that she was able to watch my Alec for the 1st few months of his life, and then taking care of both him and I when I had to have my gallbladder out. The trips to West Virginia to visit family and the times we went to Akron to visit Wendy. Great memories.... We will miss you Aunt Rae Ann! May you rest in peace.

Rae Ann came to work at Berry Funeral Home through Rhea Charlton and became an instant member of the family from that day forward. She was a wonderful co-worker who would do anything to help and friend, who I always treasured! It is still so hard to believe that she is no longer physically here but I know she will always be remembered in the hearts of those she touched. Mine is one! Safe home Rae Ann...I am sure that Roger, Dan, Jimmy and Rhea have already greeted you at Heaven’s Gate! Probably with a small job or two! I will miss you my friend!
