He was born in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Curtis and Eva (nee Gross) Kroh. He was the beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Thacker); loving father of Craig (Dawn) and Kelly Kroh; cherished grandfather of Devin (Whitney) Kroh, Nicholas (Sophie) Kroh and Alec Kroh and great-grandfather of Thea and Reece Kroh; adored step-son of Mabel Kroh.
Bob was known for his sense of humor, his love of "B" Westerns and his life-long passion for baseball, especially his beloved Baltimore Orioles. He and Shirley loved travelling all across the United States together. He was a caring and generous person who touched many lives through his ministry.
Bob was such a special man, a man who loved the Lord and loved people. He was and will continue to be a great example of how to cling to the Lord when things happen in your life that you would rather not happen, such as the passing of a spouse and then having to move from your home and carry on in life. It seemed that he did that so well. He ran a great race, and now he is with the Lord.
Services are pending at Emmanuel Christian Seminary in Johnson City, TN.
