Roger O. Warner

Roger O. Warner (known to most as Briar), age 63, of Fairview Park, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023. Roger was born in Cleveland, OH though his heart belonged to the hills of West Virginia. Briar leaves behind his wife of 43 years Bonnie Warner (nee Pardee); daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Matt Ciomcia, and his best buddy & grandson, Carson. Son of Dorothy and Hilbert (deceased) Warner; brother to Judy Warner, son-in-law to Mary Jane Garlitz, brother-in-law to Sharon and Jim Chaney, Linda and Dave Chaney, Kim and Frank O'Grady, and uncle to Leah, Rob, Tiffany, Ryan, Michael, Courtney and Colby. Friend to many. He enjoyed riding his Harley, a good party in the woods and being a menace to the deer population on Spruce. He will be missed by all.

A celebration of life gathering will be hosted on Saturday, August 5th for family and friends. Details will be shared at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are encouraged to either The MetroHealth System (through the MetroHealth Foundation) or Hospice of the Western Reserve. Both provided exceptional care and support to Briar and his family over the past few weeks.
